About Maplewood Real Estate Agents Fran Lichtman and Randy Rabney

Fran and Randy are both Native New Yorkers who moved to Maplewood from the Upper Westside of Manhattan. Like many of you, they moved in order to find the right place to raise their family. They liked what they had read about Maplewood but as native New Yorkers they drove to New Jersey thinking that they would probably rule it out. When they arrived here, however, and saw how great it is they knew they were in the right place. They quickly got past that psychological hurdle that so many New Yorkers encounter and started looking at homes.

They both have strong professional backgrounds that they bring to their Real Estate business. Fran was a Senior Vice President of International Sales and Marketing at Atlantic Recording. Randy is a member of the NY Bar and practiced Law in NY for over 12 years. For 9 of those years she had her own practice. Their combined skills and training make for an awesome Real Estate team that has been very effective at both marketing homes and representing buyers.

As residents of the community they service, they are fully familiar with the schools, Houses of Worship, events, programs and facilities that these towns have to offer. They love what they do and enjoy creating community for themselves and the people they help to find homes.
